Deposit and balance policy
After booking your party we are happy to refund your deposit payment up to 24 hours. After this, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

We will email a link to pay the balance of your party approximately 14 days before the date of your party. We request payment no less than 10 days before the date of your party.

Party cancellation policy

Cancellation 1-7 days before party = 90% of balance due
Cancellation 8-14 days before party = 70% of balance due
Cancellation 15- 28 days before party = 50% of balance due

General policies

We cannot accommodate the party (customers or guests) more than 15 minutes before the booked start time of the party.
