Class Description
Our Mum & Baby Pilates class is a gentle, supportive space designed for new mums to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and ease tension after pregnancy and birth—while keeping baby close by. Sessions focus on safe, low-impact Pilates exercises tailored to postnatal bodies, with special attention to pelvic floor health, abdominal recovery, and overall mobility.

Babies are welcome to lie on a mat beside you, join in with interactive movements, or simply enjoy cuddles between exercises. The pace is relaxed, allowing time for feeding, changing, and comforting your little one whenever needed.
​
Whether you’re looking to regain confidence in your body, connect with other new mums, or enjoy some mindful movement with your baby by your side, this class offers the perfect blend of fitness, bonding, and community. No prior Pilates experience necessary—just bring a mat, a towel, and your baby’s favourite toy. We also have mats available to borrow if needed.

Buying a Class Pack
​You can buy a class pack which is 10 classes for £80. This pack is valid for three months and provides £1 per class saving, as well as the convenience of not entering your card details each time you book!

To buy your class pack simply book your next class and choose Class Pack as your payment method. This will prompt you for your payment of £80 and allow you to use one of your 10 credits each time you book a class.
​
The Class Pack is valid for Tuesday morning Mum & Baby Pilates as well as Tuesday morning Legs, Bums & Tums.
